As a booker, I am the link between you and the organisers. I look for performance opportunities, clarify all the details with the organiser and take care of contracts and administrative matters. All of this, of course, in close cooperation with you.
Management
Without business, it won't work in the long run, because every good product needs a good business plan to be successful. However, most artists prefer to focus on their music. That's exactly why management exists.
As your manager, I will work with you to develop a strategy and support you in implementing it. Together, we will define your goals, plan the next steps in your artistic career and ensure that your music is heard and seen.

Would you like advice or support? I would be happy to assist you with my experience and help you with whatever you currently need.
In a personalised workshop, I will share my knowledge with you, provide you with valuable tips, give you honest and neutral feedback, discuss current issues in your artistic career with you and help you to help yourself, so that you are ready to take the next steps independently. Very important: you determine the topic and scope.

"I'm Cathy, founder and owner of KT Music. Over two decades ago, I took my first tentative steps into the music business as a guitarist. Over the years, this passion has become increasingly important in my life.
My affinity for planning and organisation, but also a large dose of curiosity, led me to delve deeper and deeper into the music business. Various roles behind the scenes at concerts and festivals, as well as show management and presenting, gave me new perspectives on the entertainment industry. In 2023, I took on my first booking mandate and in July 2024, I successfully completed the SLM certified music business manager course – the starting signal for KT Music.
With KT Music, I act as a link between artists and event organisers, taking care of the administrative side of things so that artists can concentrate on what they love: making music."
